About this project
Taking on a run down, poorly managed and disorganised business, bringing both shops up to date by means of redecoration and refurbishment, all within a tight budget. Streamlining the stock and staffing to a more manageable and profitable level. Increasing sales by meeting customer demand and yet removing certain items from sale to reduce wastage to a minimum, whilst all the time looking for and sourcing new suppliers that were able to offer a more variable range of items and larger profit margin. Staff were trained to be knowledgeable and approachable.
