About this project

Working with a family business to bring the old-fashioned grocery store up to date. This wasn’t just a case of a lick of paint, but a major refurbishment within a strict financial budget, adding additional stock items to meet demand and trends and just as importantly pricing items to maintain the desired profit margin. This included sourcing new suppliers from the mainland to achieve both these goals. By making these changes and meeting public demand it not only increased the customer experience but also increased revenue, almost doubling it within the first 12 months.
