About this project

Working with a family run hotel and restaurant with 21 rooms and 60 covers to increase the guest experience and facilities available. The Front of House staffing was key to the success of the business, as was securing the right Chef. Working in all areas of the business, including the kitchen to create a consistent standard across all areas.
